クラムボンのミトによるソロ・プロジェクト、dot i/o（「ドット・アイオー」）ファースト・アルバム。ジャーマン・プログレの草分けにして最重要バンドであるCANのメンバー、 イルミン・シュミットとの共同プロデュースによる打ち込み作品。 MIXはイルミン・シュミットがいるフランスの自宅スタジオまでミトが訪ね、2週間かけて作業が行なわれた。

M6「We're living」はPARCO春のCMソングに起用された。

同タイトルで構想されたミトのソロ・プロジェクト三部作（dot i/o、FOSSA MAGNA、micromicrophone）の第2弾。
